Please sign up your rugger using the Google Form linked below. One form can sign up 1 child.
Step 1: PUR Registration Form
Registration Fee for each rugger can be sent via this website, click the link below. Registration fee includes 1 practice jersey, 1 mouth piece and 1 shoe bag. Fees may also be paid in-person at the registration table.
Step 2: PUR Registration Fee
Download and Open the "BAND" App. An invitation to join our "Poly United Rugby" group will be sent direct to the primary contacts listed in your application.
Step 3: PUR Band App
Sign into RugbyXplorer and register for Poly United Rugby Club under USA Rugby Registration Form and Fees. This is for the clubs insurance purposes.
